My name is Rowan, and I am a bit of a special girl. You see, I came into the pound as a very fearful, not socialized cat. But the people at Homeward were kind enough to see past my tough exterior and see the sweet, lovely girl I really am! It took several weeks, but I'm learning how to trust people, and how to enjoy getting lots of pets, and treats! Did I mention how much I love treats? Because there is nothing better than a few cat treats throughout the day! I really like to have cat friends, my best friend is actually Warner, he's another shy guy that came into the shelter, and we have become best buddies! Cat adoption fees are generally $109 (plus tax), unless otherwise noted, and dog adoption fees are $169 (plus tax), unless otherwise noted. Adoption fees include necessary vaccinations, a microchip, testing (FeLV/FIV for cats and heartworm test for dogs) and spaying/neutering of every animal that is adopted from our facility. If the animal is too young for sterilizing, the adopter is responsible to see that this is done. Once we receive confirmation that the adopted animal has been altered, a refund will be refunded ($75 for dogs and $40 for cats).
